Pocket coil spring Mattres DUETAS

The Duet is a mattress with 7 softness zones on the basis of the system of springs Pocket.

• Each spring is sheathed into a separate textile bag;
• A combination of the cut specially according to the drawing high resilience polyurethane foam of different densities;
• Universal, two-sided;
• The slipcover can be removed by unzipping a zipper;
• Possibility to choose a harder or softer base for sleeping.

In such a system, each spring is put into a non-woven pocket, with a capacity of 240 pcs. sq. / m, therefore, each spring’s individual response perfectly absorbs the movements of a sleeping person. For a particular comfort, one side of the mattress is covered with a specially designed two-layer, cut, different density highly elastic HR polyurethane foam combination. We have created a special combination consisting of two, specially cut in accordance with a drawing cold foam polyurethane layers of different densities for this mattress layer. Such combination of the different densities of polyurethane foam together creates a particularly elastic, yet robust, comfortable support for the sleeping body. Seven-zone cutting provides a special adjustment to the sleeping body, as well as increases air permeability, which is a very important factor in the mattress.

The other side of the mattress is covered with a 3 cm high elasticity, HR foam polyurethane layer. The high elastic foam polyurethane is made of an open pore cell structure that ensures higher moisture evaporation and maintains a stable air circulation during sleep. The edges of the mattress supporting the base of the mattress have the plenty of specially designed small ventilation orifices on all sides. This composition of the mattress makes the mattress practical for use. It is a two-sided ultra-elastic mattress with the possibility to choose a harder or softer base for sleeping.
The cover is made from a soft knitted fabric tacked to an anti-allergic puffy material 200 g/m2. The cover has a zip, which makes it easily removable. If it is necessary, can be washed up to 40o C.
